HOW ARE J'NOIR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?

A. Our products are for all hair types. Each product is highly concentrated and formulated to give you the essentials without fillers. We use a special blend of exotic essential oils that are not found in any other product on the market. Most of our products are vegan-friendly.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

A. Currently at this time we do not, but we are working on it.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF J'NOIR HAIRCARE PRODUCT?

A. 12 months from purchase

CAN I USE J'NOIR ON RELAXED HAIR?

A. Yes, our products are formulated for natural and chemically treated hair.

CAN I USE J'NOIR ON COLOR TREATED HAIR?

A. Yes, our products are proven to retain color (regardless of pigment) while providing moisture.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. We currently ship within the United States

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A. Generally it takes up to 3 business days to process orders and 1-3 days for shipping.We ship USPS Priority for retail orders.

IS J'NOIR INTENSE HYDRATING SHAMPOO SULFATE FREE?

A. Yes, our Intense Hydrating Shampoo is sulfate-free, paraben-free and color safe.

ARE J'NOIR PRODUCTS "ALL NATURAL"

A. The J'Noir hair products contain organic, natural and plant-derived ingredients, however, for maximum performance we have determined that our products need to also contain ingredients that do not fall under the “natural” definition in order to achieve enhanced benefits as well as to maintain a competitive shelf life.

DOES J'NOIR HAIRCARE TEST ON ANIMALS?

A. No, J'Noir Haircare does not test any of its products on animals.
